Description of incident
Bike (rear wheel & frame) was u-locked (On Guard) to a bike rack outside of Rickshaw Stop. Front wheel was secured to frame using a secondary u-lock (Palmy). Bike was locked at 1:15am and gone by 11am when I returned for it.
