Description of incident
Bike was cable locked to a bike rack in the front of an elementary school, directly under a surveillance camera. Two black males, about 6 ft tall, between 20 and 30 years old, struggled for about 8 minutes to defeat the lock, possibly with bolt cutters. One drove off on the bike, while another seemed to walk away.
