Description of incident
Two of us went to U-District Street Fair on Sunday May 22nd, 2016. Our bikes were locked together to a bike rail right outside Wells Fargo bank building on 45th Street, half a block from University Way NE. We came back after couple hours, the bikes were missing along the cable lock. The bikes were Giant and Specialized.
