Description of incident
Bike stolen from inside garage on personal property estimated to happen around 2000-2100 on July 3rd. Black frame rack attached to rear of bike frame with black saddle bag zip tied to frame. Bike was not locked up, but blue chain lock located inside saddle bag. Bike light attached to front of bike and bike speedometer zip tied to front handlebars. No kickstand
