Description of incident
Locked up my bike with my u-lock outside the Safeway's middle entrance around 1:15 Sunday afternoon. When I went back outside after shopping (around 2pm), the bike was no where to be found; the lock was also missing. Bike has a River City Bicycles sticker on it below the seat stem.
