Description of incident
Locked together with two Bikes, lock cut. Parked at the Westside Market between the fruit and vegetable stands and the market building. Walked into the Market for 10 Min. gone when I got back. Matte Black frame with Orange handlebar grips, orange peddles, orange water bottle carrier and triangle orange/black storage bag attached to frame (easily removable).
