Description of incident
-
Bicycle was on my second floor balcony, not locked as I thought it was safe being high up. Somehow, someone had a metal
ladder and leaned it up against my balcony and brought it down. Ladder was left and I kicked it to the ground. Bike was last visually seen morning of June 5, so incident could have taken place between noon and the following morning. Apartment
manager of complex next door has video surveillance in the garage facing the street that she is going through.
Apartment manager said she saw the ladder against the balcony at noon on June 6 as she got to work. Upstairs neighbor said he didn't see the ladder anywhere early in the morning when he went outside. No idea who owns the ladder or how it got there. Bike is a metallic purple
Trek Marlin 5 mountain bike. Helmet may be attached, still, or not. It had a black seat cover/cushion on the saddle. Black tires, Silver Trek logo on down tube. Women's size small. Serial # WTU248C0782P
