Description of incident
Daughter locked up bike at the YMCA at 8:15 am. When returned to leave at 4:15pm the bike was missing. Update: video footage shows white male with black ball cap with White triangle shaped logo, blue shirt, black shoes with white soles and a black back pack cutting lock and taking bike at 2:43pm. He traveled eastbound and I have reason to believe he may reside in Hillcrest
