Distinguishing features

I got this beauty off of craigslist from the original owner. Not sure how old she is but she's vintage, all original everything except inner tubes. The chrome is remarkably untouched thanks to the arid Texas climate. The seller was asking $180, but offered it to me for $120 when I asked him about the bike. He ended up giving it to me for free! I've tried to find information on it, but the manufacturer went out of business decades ago, and this model must be rare, because I can't find any images of it in google. She rides like a dream, charges up hills and brakes smoothly. I'm in love with this bike.
