Distinguishing features: I had modified this bike to run on Lead Acid batteries. I had personally installed a high power motors in the rear tire, basket front and back to carry the batteries and the electric bike controller and did all the wiring along with a friend. this modified bike could climb steep SF hills with ease and only needed battery recharge in 10 days. With the batteries installed this bike was very bulky and weighed over 50 lbs. anyone who stole this must have worked with a partner to carry it out of my garage as its hard for one person to carry it seeing i had locked the bike and disconnected the cables while storing it.

Description of incident: My modified bike got stolen from my garage where it was parked in front of my car under a tarp. I had personally modified this bike to run on batteries with a motorized tire and accelerator installed. The cost of the parts was somewhere between $2k-$3k and it took my friend and I to over 6 months to build/modify this Avalon mountain bike to motorized battery powered bike. Please find the pictures attached which show the bike when it was last seen.
