Description of incident
It was locked to a city sign outside of smitty's and they locked my lock with jb weld so I couldn't unlock it and put another lock on on my bikeso if I managed to get my bike lock off it would still be locked and they let all the air outta my tires and all of everyone in smitty's at westmount mall well the workers seen it all happen apparently.
