Description of incident
Morning of 8/17/20 discovered bike was missing from bike storage inside apartment building in Seattle, WA (Ballard). Wall hanging bike rack was removed from the wall with the bike attached. Bike was attached to rack with U-Lock cable and Masterlock combination lock. No sign of cut cable or lock in the area.
