Description of incident
The Bike was parked in a private underground parking garage in an 8 unit townhouse complex. It was locked with a Chain Lock, a U lock and Cable. The thief was able to cut two of the 3 locks and get the bike loose. The U-Lock may still be on the frame of the bike.
