Distinguishing features
All black frame with yellow lettering. Black bars, rims and seat. Front and rear disc breaks, suntour XCM front forks, shimano hardware, hard tail, rear tire is a maxxis sphinx, front tire is a grabber, has ESI chunky grips with ESI end caps. Reflectors have all been removed. Has a sticker stating the name of where I bought the bike. Rocky point cycles, New York.

Description of incident
Rocky Mountain soul 710 was locked under a stairwell which was also behind a coded access gate. Thief cut the chain and made off with the Rocky Mountain soul 710 bike leaving my girlfriends bike and the chain on the ground.
