Description of incident

i had my bike lock around my neck and went to a portalet right next to a house on the corner of clouet and marais st. where about 3 teams of 5 construction workers each were working and were in sight of the portalet. i had to pee really bad and parked my bike against the side of the portalet. so i could hear if anyone was to walk off with my bike. if i didn't have to pee so bad i would have locked it up, but i was paying attention to any little sound and thought for sure i would hear if anyone tried to take my bike. in less than 1min and 30 seconds i was out and turned to grab my bike, which to my astonishment wasn't there?! whoever took it did it so quiet and within 1 minute and was able to get out of sight, and i asked a total of 15 construction workers and no one said they saw anything and they were right there too?! after a few minutes of running a three block diameter in search of my bike i returned to the house where they were building and the portalet was and the supervisor was leaving the house and said he saw about three black construction workers walking down marais towards press with a bike that according to him fit my bikes description. i walked that way but no one i asked saw neither those people nor my bike. and i don't know how well i believe that guy, because if you're a construction worker at your job where you're probably getting paid good money, why would you risk you're career over an average roadbike? so the rest of the day i went around the neighborhood looking for my bike then took the bus home so i could file a theft report with yall. bike description: single speed roadbike, flipflop hub on the freewheel cog side currently set up. all black with I took an angle grinder to the paint on every part that i could from the frame to the fork to the seat post to the rims ev en the sprocket and pedals son it's black and chrome with angle grinder scuffmarks in between the black and chrome. its got bullhorn handlebars with black bar tape a brake lever on the left side that goes to a chrome caliper brake on the front wheel and its got a black seat with a white stripe going. halfway from the top to the bottom, horizontally on both left and right sides of the seat.
