Description of incident
I was not there when it happened. I parked my bike on the racks outside of the building on 400 Poydras St. (across the street from a Federal Building). I unfortunately only had a wire lock, so when I came back out the wire lock was cut. It's my main transport so I am devastated. It's a Schwinn Hybrid, silver bike. It has a black bell on it, and new handles on the handlebars (the photo is old so it doesn't show those new handles, they're a little wider than the original and screwed on). Had just gotten some new gears/chain as well.
