Description of incident
Bike was stationed out side of Arnauds French 75 bar on Bienville I had left it there over night as of 10:30am on 11-24-19 it was still there when I left work at 12:10am on 11-25-19 it was gone the lock and cable were in the ground where it was locked up and the cable was cut I retrieved the lock as it was undamaged
