On January 3, 2016, at approximately 1500 hours, I, Dominic Nocon, parked and locked my GT bicycle, with an aluminum frame, silver in color, with Manitou front shocks, Shimano shifters, and blue bull horns attached to the handle bars, in front of the Westfield Mall Emporium, 856 Market Street, San Francisco, CA 94103. It was locked to a designated bicycle locking area. The bicycle was parked from approximately 1500 to 1600 hours. When I returned to pick my bicycle up, they were gone. The only thing remaining was the bicycle lock that was used to secure our bikes to the bicycle locking area.
