Description of incident
Bike locked inside Safeway parking garage to an anchored metal post High foot traffic area near store entrance with security camera 20 feet away. Went inside for a quick stop and ended up being inside longer than expected (but only for 45 minutes). Have locked here before with no incident, but didn’t have my high security heavy duty lock with me this time.
