Distinguishing features
Carbon fiber main tubes with maroon aluminum forks. Green Cannondale bike bag on the seatpost, and a bike rack covered in black gaff tape. Brand new gatorskin tires, brand new brakes. It has Speedplay Frog pedals on it.

Description of incident
My bike (and apparently others as well) was taken out of a locked bike room at my apartment building. It was chained to a rack, but they cut the padlock and left it on the floor. They took the chain and the bike.
