Distinguishing features
This is a solid bright blue/aqua-coloured bicycle I re-painted and fixed up myself. There are no stickers. The frame is very light, and it was originally a white Norco bicycle. Wheels are 24" diameter.

Description of incident
Locked up my bike in front of my school at 0900, came back just after 1930 and it was gone, with the cable lock cut and left on the sidewalk next to the bike racks on the South side of the University Terrace Building
