It had a chrome plated aluminum carrier over the rear wheel. The bike was unique because worn out parts were updated when replaced. For example, it has a lever shifter on the left side and grip shifter on the right side.

The bicycle was right in front of the Passaic County Court house in full view of sheriff's deputies walking in and out, workers for the prosecutors office, multiple security cameras, cop cars parking and pulling out, and people all over the place.
