Distinguishing features
The bike was just recently restored to new with new everything, except the frame which is white with Peugeot markings and face plate. The saddle is a new dark brown leather saddle and the handlebars are wrapped with tan lizard skins. It has a New Orleans license plate that is attached under the seat mechanism

Description of incident
Bike was stolen out of a private garage on Twin Peaks in San Francisco. The bike is a vintage 27" White Peugeot Road Bike with a New Orleans license plates below the seat. The bike had just been restored so all parts are new....dark leather saddle with tan wrapped handlebars
