Description of incident
It had been raining so I parked the bike at a bike stand in a fenced in parking lot. It was there 11/7 at 1:30 pm for sure and is not there today. The photo of my bike is when it was new. It's a bit rusty on the handle bars, the kick stand is loose so it rattles, there's a black cup holder on the handle bar and a black U-Lock under the seat.
