Distinguishing features

This is an EG Athens 350 e-bike in white. It normally has a large battery attached to the back, but I had removed it to (unsuccessfully) keep people from wanting to steal it. I had also attached a metal contraption with small hooks for hanging a bike basket to the front of it, which kind of pressed the front wires down. The bike basket was not on the bike when it was stolen, but the metal part it hangs on to was still installed.

Description of incident

I parked and locked my bike at the bike racks closest to the street at the east bound end of the Stadium Village light rail station. When I returned to retrieve my bike, it, and the lock, was missing.
