Suspect broke into my apartment building, and I ran into him as I was taking out my recycling. Caucasian, Male, 25-30yo, skinny, about 6 foot. Diamond or tear-drop tattoo on face, tattoo behind ear. Seen wearing a yellow jacket, tan jeans, black hat, & funky basketball shoes.
