stolen Other Mark X

the stolen bicycle is a yellow VolksCycle, model "Mark X." it is from the 1970s or 1980s, but it has been refurbished and maintenanced since then. It has a bright blue seat and blue handlebar tape. it has a rack on the back. the stem is Raleigh. I purchased it from Bokah Bikes (4233 St Claude Ave, New Orleans, LA 70117) in October 2018. I left my bicycle locked up outside my house on Sunday night, 6/9/19, in the Broadmoor neighborhood, near the intersection of Broad and Washington. It was locked to a thick wooden post with an Abus brand lock-chain combination lock. the wooden post is part of an A/C unit platform, directly outside my window, and is located inside a fenced yard. the fence was closed but not locked. when I left my house at 8am to bike to work, my bike was missing, as was the lock.
