2012 Ridley X-Fire cyclocross bike. White carbon frame, red carbon fork. Reynolds Solitude wheels with knobby cyclocross tires. Avid cantilever brakes. Shimano Ultegra 20-speed drivetrain. SL-K crank. Crank Brothers "egg beater" pedals (these are very difficult to ride on with normal shoes, so likely were quickly removed). Ritchey WCS seatpost, stem, and handlebars. Black handlebar tape.
