Thursday, Oct. 15th: I locked my bike, along with my husband's, on the rack on the 3rd floor of our apartment's parking garage. 1615 Hermann Drive, Houston 77004 Saturday, Oct 17th: I noticed that my bike and lock are missing, have been stolen. They left my husband's bike next to the rack.
