stolen Hardrock Specialized

This bike is red in color, has handguards on the grips (the right handguard is missing its endcap), has a drink holder mounted vertically between the riders legs, a cargo black cargo rack above the rear tire, and reflectors in both wheels spokes. At the time of the theft it had a phone mount in the center of the handlebars and a basket bungee corded to the cargo rack. Also, the seat doesn't actually fit the frame. It will rotate freely in place.
