Description of incident
My bicycle (Specialized Sirrus Comp Disc 2016 Hybrid Bike, black and orange) was stolen. It was locked to a cycle rack next to bus stop Q on Belvedere Rd in Waterloo (outside Royal Festival Hall, opposite Pizza Express) at about 12.30 on Sunday 22nd April 2019. It was locked with a ABUS Granit X-Plus 54 D-lock through the back wheel and frame to the rack. I re-visited the bike at 13.30 and it was still there and I discovered it was stolen at 14.20. The lock had been cut clean through (no signs of sawing) in 2 places with some kind of industrial cutters. The lock and another cable I use to secure the front wheel were left behind. The bicycle and a green cycle helmet were missing. I spoke to a police officer near the scene and he advised me to call 101 or report online,
