Bike is identical to the one shown in the photo (I didn't have my own photo so had to find one on Google). The only difference is my bike has front and rear fenders (may be removed to change the appearance).

Description of incident
Bike was removed from bicycle storage facility between the hours of 7:30PM on 3/22/19 and noon on 3/23/19. There was no forced entry into the storage facility and the U-lock and bicycle were both missing.
