stolen 2017 Trek Lift+ Lowstep

It has two independent red tail lights attached to the seat post. It has a black bike rack, it did not have bags attached to the rack. It was locked with a 1/2" diameter bike cable. On the handlebar there is a round Mirrycle brand mirror, a pink bungee LED light and another black larger LED light. The bike has front and rear black fenders and orange peddles. Bike will not work well because we have the "brain". Yes it can be peddled but it will be very hard to peddle because the motor provides most power and with out the brain it will not work.
