Description of incident
The bike was stolen in a fairly busy area; it was locked at a rack in front of the entrance to the Avalon Meydenbauer apartments and The Lash Lounge. The theft was quick as it probably occurred within a 10 minute window. The lock was cut with what appears to be bolt cutters.
