Description of incident
Bike was stolen in front of 334 Brannan between 5:15pm and 7:10pm, in broad daylight. Frame had been secured to a street sign with U-lock, which was sawed through. White Trek road bike has black handlebars, gatorskin tires, and a red piece of nylon rope tied to the seat.
