Description of incident
My bike was in a internal bike room of my apartment building behind 2 key fob access doors. Thief left building at 3:41 am on Saturday the 9th wearing a black coat with lower half face mask, black backpack with top flap(possibly Chrome brand) and also stole an red Camelback backpack.
