My bike was purchased at River City in 2008 and has their logo on the bike. I have a basket that attached on the front and although the basket wasn't with the bike the hardware for that basket may still be attached. I also had a red water bottle holder and an oregon vanity license plate with my: Vanessa attached to the bike seat

Description of incident
My bike was locked within what seemed to be a "secure cage" within my parking garage. The thief gained access to that locked cage by grinding lock and cut my bike off rack with lock attached. Other bikes were directly cut off rack itself.
