Description of incident
Sometime between 2 PM on Saturday, January 26 and about 7 PM on Monday, January 28, someone got into my apartment building's secure garage and cut through the Kryptonite U-lock, leaving it at the scene. When I found the cut lock I immediately submitted a police report.
