Description of incident
Bicycle was stolen from enclosed bicycle Parking area at the 100 S. Main Caltrans Headquarters building. Bicycle had Velocity chukker 26" front Shimano Dynohub wheel Dt Swiss double butted spokes, Brooks B17 Special Honey Saddle, Nitto Albatross bars, cork grips-shellacked, MKS pedals, Front Wald Basket chrome, rear Wald chrome rack, B&M front light, rea Spagnina light, Pasella black/tan 1.75 tires front and back.
