Bike was locked up to a bike lock terminal and both master locks were cut and left on bike rack. It was at 8:00PM On tuesday night when the food trucks were in the parking lot there. It has a water bottle holder, Very thin tires. The cap on the right handlebar tip/end was missing so it was open/hallow.
