it is a lugged steel frame. I built the bike myself using all the components from a Bridgestone RB1 whose frame was cracked. Red handlebar tape, red water bottle cage and rack on back.

I locked my bike and helmet to the bike rack outside of Machivelli at around 6:30pm. When I returned around 1:30am, the bike, helmet and lock were gone.
