Description of incident
The bike was locked to a bike rack on a busy street. Bike includes an electric-assist system: front hub motor and black battery attached to water bottle bosses. It also has a Companion bike seat on the back (a large, black, padded rear rack that a friend can sit on) and BMX pegs.
