A few things about this particular bike of mine:
1) I had electric black tape on the inner handle bars (thief might take it off) but it neatly tapes the inner edges of the handles.
2) I had clip on peddles attached at the time it was stolen.
3) There was also a bike pouch with tools to fix a flat tire.
