I hit the train tracks weird and took a nasty spill on Cermak just past Loomis. A dude crossed the street to help me, asked me for money, and then took off with my bike. He's a white guy probably in his late 30s early 40s, 5'6"-5'11", 160 pounds or so. THIS BIKE HAS 2 SERIAL NUMBERS. I only wrote down one of them.
