Description of incident
Locked the bike outside my friends apartment for an hour and when I got back the bike was stolen and the lock was missing. When I got back the next day I saw no lock was there. I took a round and came back in 15 mins saw my lock dropped at the location where the bike was parked. The only thing common there were the construction workers who were working there.
