Distinguishing features
The picture is not my actual bike. mine has a missing knob on the front shocks, scratches on the center bar and a black water bottle holder facing upwards on under the seat. it also does not have front or rear reflectors. Red maple leafs on ends of handlebars.

Description of incident
I parked my bike on the rack next to my apartment Sunday night. Came down in the morning to ride it into work and it was gone. Bike rack was dismantled in order to remove my bike.
