Thieves took two bikes out of the Pioneer Endicott "secure" bike storage area on the first floor of the Jackson Street parking ramp. They broke into the storage area, and then cut through both mine and another's bike lock and made off with the bicycles. Bike was ridden only once before it was stolen. Therefore it was in like new condition when stolen.
