My son 14 year old son rode his bike from the caltrain station to pier 39 with his friend. The Bike was located at Pier 39 in the bike racks located next the Aquarium (vertical bike racks). Two bikes were locked together, approximately 4 pm or so. when the boys came back around 5:30, the Pier 39 security told them they saw the bikes being stolen and went to apprehend them, the people stealing the bikes dropped one, but took the GT (my sons). Per the Pier 39 security, the theft was recorded on the camera near bike racks.
