Description of incident
The bike was locked to a metal bar that was drilled into concrete outside my house. Between 9:30 am and 8 pm, the thief used a tool to pry out the bar from the concrete and then twist the bar off. The thief may have spent an extended period of time during the day in the neighborhood in order to do this. The bike may still have a bright yellow STEEL lock attached to it. The battery and seat were stored inside so the thief would be riding a bike without the battery and keys. The bike also has after market CORK grips as well as a silver cupholder. The accessories are unique to the owner.
