This thief just stole my 2009 GT Transeo 3.0 Disk Comfort Bike (dark emerald green color) at the time close to the midnight on Nov.11th, 2014 from the basement parking garage of my apartment on Atlantic Ave. of East Village Long Beach while the entry garage gate was insecurely remaining open during the time of the night.
I had doubly chained my bike on front and back wheels with the frame on the wall mounted rack. But he still quickly cut the chain off and took the bike without the front disk wheel. As anyone can see in the video, he must carry all kinds of tools and chain cutter in his backpack.
I bought it on Aug. 9th, 2011 from Long Beach Bike Shop, but I wasn't told by the bike shop owner, neither was aware of that I could register my bike with local authority and alias.
It has been 3 years since I bought it, but it is still like-new condition. I reported to the LBPD, and I hope to hear a good news from the police to catch the guy and find my bike back.
